The Hi-Point 4095 Carbine is designed to be affordable, reliable, and easy to operate. The adjustable sights are available for back up for the Crimson Trace CTS-103 Red Dot optic. The combination of the 17.5" threaded barrel, a reasonably powered cartridge, and a red dot sight make the Hi-Point 4095 Carbine a serious contender in the self-defense and home-defense category. The integrated internal recoil buffer in the stock reduces perceived recoil and helps you stay on target. A Picatinny rail on the underside of the forend lets you mount additional accessories such as lights or lasers.
