The CMMG Resolute Mk4 operates on a straight blowback system, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. The 17" barrel is made from 4140CM steel with a salt bath nitride (SBN) finish, providing durability and corrosion resistance. The barrel has a 1:16 twist rate and is equipped with a CMMG ZEROED Muzzle Brake, enhancing control and reducing recoil.

The rifle features a billet 6061 T6 aluminum upper receiver and a Mk4 forged 7075 T6 aluminum lower receiver, ensuring strength and durability.
