The Montefeltro is the backbone of Benelli's upland and clay target shotgun line and features the company's simple but reliable and clean-running Inertia Driven® system that has granted each of their shotguns the capability to fire hundreds of thousands of rounds without failure for over 50 years. This 2023 model features a redesigned bolt handle for improved manipulation even while wearing gloves, and a new 2-piece shell latch to allow faster and more efficient reloading.

All Montefeltro models come with a Micro Cell Recoil Pad to reduce felt recoil along with a shim kit for drop and cast adjustment and 3 Crio® series choke tubes (IC, M, F).
