Frequently Asked Questions
CZ 97b for sale
Why was CZ 97 discontinued?
CZ discontinued the 97 series around 2022 without publicly stating specific reasons. The .45 ACP pistol was introduced during the 1994 federal magazine ban era and may have lost market relevance over time. CZ has since shifted focus toward newer striker-fired models like the P-09.
How much is a CZ P09 worth today?
CZ P-09 pistols sell for an average of $540.08 new and $456.72 used, with listings commonly ranging from $349.99 to $665.99. Very good to excellent condition examples typically sell between $300 and $500. New models command higher prices than used examples.
What gun is known for jamming?
Several pistols are notorious for jamming. The Kel-Tec CP33, Diamondback DB380, Walther P22, Ruger SR22, and SIG Sauer Mosquito appear frequently in reliability complaints. Many .22 caliber pistols struggle with feeding consistency due to the rimfire cartridge's design. Quality ammunition and proper maintenance reduce jamming in most firearms.
