Frequently Asked Questions
CZ USA Scorpion for sale
Are CZ scorpions now illegal?
CZ Scorpion pistols and carbines remain legal in most U.S. jurisdictions. The ATF's 2023 pistol brace rule affected brace-equipped variants, but standard configurations are still sold. Legality depends on your state and local laws. Always verify current regulations before purchasing.
Why is the CZ Scorpion so expensive?
The CZ Scorpion's price reflects quality Czech construction, a robust aftermarket parts ecosystem, and strong sustained demand. Discontinued variants command premiums due to limited supply. Current listings median around $1,020, with prices ranging $464–$1,300 depending on variant, condition, and retailer.
Is a CZ Scorpion a good gun?
The CZ Scorpion is well-regarded for reliability, minimal recoil, and easy handling. Users report very few malfunctions. It works well for home defense and has a devoted following. Prices typically run around $1,000, with many variants available from major retailers.
