Underwood is an American manufacturer. So too is Nosler, which so graciously crafted this ammo’s AccuBond bullets. Each .30 cal 165 grain 0.475 G1 BC elk buster features a white polymer tip, which is resilient enough to remain undeformed during recoil, as well as a thick jacketed boat tail base which retains its low-drag form under the belted magnum’s intense pressure. These features do the same thing: keep the AccuBond’s velocity faster so it can fly flatter and hit harder!
Nosler’s proprietary bonding process yields a tightly welded together one-piece lead core and copper-alloy jacket. That’s the AccuBond’s ticket to deep inside the quarry. The fully tapered jacket also has a thin rim. The tip easily splits it open as it plunges deep inside the lead core’s nose cavity. Result: swift and lethal expansion.
Nosler’s reduced flash propellant can come in real handy while you’re hunting in the dark, where less flash means less blinding. Each round in this 20-pack is also outfitted with a nickel-plated brass case: easy to clean up before handloading, and also better protected against tarnishing than bare brass alone.
