Dan Wesson V-Bob Commander 1911 Semi-Auto Pistol - Bead Blasted Stainless

The Dan Wesson V-Bob Commander 1911 Semi-Auto Pistol is essentially a commander-sized version of the Valor 1911. This V-Bob Commander's features include a bobbed mainspring housing, G10 grips, an ambidextrous thumb safety, and a clean grip safety. The rear-only, angled cocking serrations and clean, 25 LPI (Lines Per Inch) front strap and mainspring housing checkering are simply beautiful. While many companies are big on brand-stamping slides, DW's are simply a plain work of art. DW simply places the model name small on the left side of the shooter. In this case, an elegantly-scribed "Valor" is all you see. The U-notched rear sight features a racking ledge cut and the front sight has a tritium night sight insert. Topped off with the forged stainless steel slide and frame, the V-Bob is beautiful, and an absolute shooter. This Commander from DW has a fantastic K-style, flat trigger right out of the box. The Bobbed Valor makes for an excellent, premier carry 1911.
